Vet to Leader Seminar
Vet to Leader: Management & Leadership Skills for Veterinarians
About this Seminar
For two content-packed days, participants will have a chance to set aside their day-to-day responsibilities and focus on what it really takes to practice effective leadership. You’ll sharpen your communication skills and explore concepts related to self-awareness and the power of responding instead of reacting. You’ll use proven tools to assess your conflict style and your strengths when it comes to how you think about – and act on – your work.
The thoughtfully-designed and intentionally-facilitated setting provides a fun and safe environment for participants to improve their skills and connect with colleagues tackling similar challenges and opportunities.
CE Credit Hours: Vet to Leader has been approved for 14 continuing education credit hours through the AAVSB/RACE process. Full attendance at both days of the seminar will be required to receive a certificate of completion and submit for CE credit hours.
