Thanks to an innovative partnership with Petsmart Charities, Emancipet is opening is 3rd Houston clinic directly inside of a Petsmart store off of Tidwell Drive and 290. Here at Emancipet, we are proud to partner with Petsmart Charities to open accessible veterinary care clinics that focus on under-represented communities, ensuring that all Houston pet owners have access to affordable veterinary care.
The benefits of caring for a pet should be accessible to loving people from all walks of life. Pets are important family members and giving them better lives helps their people build healthier lives, too.

Low Cost Pet Services
Low-cost spay/neuter services are offered several days a week at our Houston Monroe vet clinic. Please note, spay/neuter surgeries require appointments.
Getting your dog or cat spayed or neutered is a personal choice and one that comes with many medical benefits. If you’re unsure about the process, not sure how old your pet has to be to qualify for the surgery or if you simply want more information, please check out our Spay/Neuter FAQ Guide.
We also offer walk-in preventive care at this location – something we like to call Healthy Pet Services. These services include: vaccinations, microchipping, flea and heartworm prevention. No appointment is required for these services, which are provided by a staff veterinarian.
We are not a full-service veterinary clinic and do not treat sick or injured pets.
Please note, we are not a full-service veterinary clinic meaning we do not treat sick or injured pets. This includes chronic diseases, infections, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, wounds, or other injuries and if your pet is not eating or drinking normally.
