Cardiac Evaluation for Heart Murmurs
Who’s it for?
Emancipet now offers a modified cardiac workup for patients with heart murmurs by doing in-house chest x-rays with the ability for further diagnostics depending on the patient and their symptoms. This service is intended for any grade heart murmur patient who needs a dental or special surgery procedure at Emancipet.
The cost is $100 (includes 3 x-ray views and office visit). There may be additional charges if further diagnostics are recommended. Financial assistance is available if needed.

How to schedule?
The client should request a murmur visit appointment with Emancipet's Resource Center. The appointment should take about 30 minutes and owners should plan to stay with their pet.
