Healthy Pets, Stronger Houston – April 19, 2026
On April 19, 2026, join Emancipet and the City of Houston’s BARC Animal Shelter and Adoptions for a community event focused on keeping pets healthy and making veterinary care accessible for every family.
This event will be held from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at the Northeast Multiservice Center located at: 9720 Spaulding St, Houston, TX 77016
These essential preventive services help protect pets from serious diseases and increase the likelihood that lost pets can be reunited with their families.

There are more than 730,000 pets living with Houston families who love them, but can’t always afford veterinary care. Emancipet has 3 clinics in Houston and sees 70,000 visits to those clinics each year.
There’s more work to do. We’re on a mission to provide free vaccines to hundreds of dogs and cats in Houston.
