MOBILE CLINICS
Mobile units reduce transportation barriers and expand access. There are two models. Free Clinics offer essential services at no cost and serve as entry points to ongoing care. Regional Low-Cost Clinics travel up to 75 miles beyond fixed locations to reach suburban and rural communities.
WELLNESS CLINICS
Fixed locations offer core services and serve as pipelines to high volume specialty dental and surgical clinics.

Increased access to care over the lifetime of the pet can have a significant impact on the rate of pet ownership and lowering the number of pets in shelters, providing opportunities for pets and humans to thrive, and relieving the burden of volume on animal shelters.
Our Strategic Vision will support growth in our existing regions of Central Texas, Houston, TX and Philadelphia, PA. This growth will include a combination of mobile clinics, new brick-and-mortar wellness clinics, and the inclusion of our speciality dental and surgical centers in each of our existing markets.

Over the next 10 years, Emancipet will expand into new markets, moving east from Texas and south from Philadelphia. We will grow in these directions in partnership with shelters and for-profit veterinary providers to add our low-cost clinics to the tapestry of care. Our long term primary objective is to close the gap in access to care.
