One of our proudest achievements is the opening of the nation’s first-of-its-kind low-cost veterinary dental and surgical center in Austin, Texas. Supported by PetSmart Charities, this groundbreaking facility represents a major milestone in expanding our services to meet the needs of all pet owners.

Impact Austin gave Emancipet its first grant ever back in 2006. This was our first significant grant from an Austin funder, and it was transformative in so many ways. It was a moment of going from grassroots to starting to see a future as a professional veterinary provider.
