*Please note, we are not a full-service veterinary clinic, meaning we do not treat sick or injured pets. This includes chronic diseases, infections, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, wounds, or other injuries, and if your pet is not eating or drinking normally.

Our Norwood Park vet clinic provides three different types of low-cost veterinary services for your pets:
Spay & Neuter Surgeries

Healthy Pet Services
- Offered on a walk-in basis (first-come, first-served) during business hours
Soft Tissue Surgery
- Simple procedures
- Requires appointment
Dental Services
- Offered on a walk-in basis (first-come, first-served) during business hours
Heartworm Treatment
- Testing offered on a walk-in basis
- Call for treatment and prevention information
Spay & Neuter For Dogs
Our low-cost spay and neuter surgeries do require an appointment. Please check out our pricing below, or see our helpful FAQs and VetEd videos if you have specific pet health questions.
Healthy Pet Services For Dogs
The services listed below are provided at our Emancipet vet clinics via general HPS appointments, and via walk-ins based on availability. A $20 office visit fee is charged for any pets seen by a veterinarian or technician for all Healthy Pet Services including anal gland expressions and toe nail trims.
For walk-ins – Walk-ins are welcome during open clinic hours as availability allows.
For appointments – click below to schedule an appointment. Appointments are currently available for weekday afternoons only.
Saturdays are walk-in only.

We have occasional availability for same or next-day surgical treatment of pyometras and dystocias in dogs. Please call our Resource Center to find out availability prior to bringing your pet to our clinic for an emergency procedure.
