About Our Roosevelt Boulevard Vet Clinic in Philadelphia, PA
Thanks to an innovative partnership with Petsmart Charities, we opened another Emancipet low-cost vet clinic directly inside the Petsmart store on Roosevelt Boulevard. We are proud to partner with Petsmart Charities to open accessible veterinary care clinics, ensuring that all Philadelphia pet owners have access to affordable veterinary care. We Provide Preventative Vet Care
Please note that we are not a full-service veterinary clinic, meaning we do not treat sick or injured pets. This includes chronic diseases, infections, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, wounds, or other injuries, and if your pet is not eating or drinking normally. We do, however, specialize in spay/neuter surgery and preventative care like vaccinations, microchips, and other services.

Low-Cost Pet Services
Low-cost spay/neuter services are offered at our Roosevelt Boulevard vet clinic several days a week. Please note spay/neuter surgeries require appointments.
Getting your dog or cat spayed or neutered is a personal choice and one that comes with many medical benefits. If you’re unsure about the process, not sure how old your pet has to be to qualify for the surgery or if you want more information, please check out our Spay/Neuter FAQ Guide.
We also offer walk-in preventive care at this location – something we like to call Healthy Pet Services. These services include: vaccinations, microchipping, and flea prevention. No appointment is required for these services, which are provided by a staff veterinarian.
